The hotel is furnished with great attention to detail and is superbly located in the centre of the city. Various pubs and restaurants are just a few minutes away.
Breakfast was a little below standard. The shower on the second floor had hardly any pressure and could rather be described as a trickle.

Crisp white bedding and towels. Nice old fashioned ambience. Great cooked breakfast with personal service.
As it was an old building with lots of character as with most older b&b's the water pressure was a bit weak but certainy didn't ruin my stay.

There was never any staff around at any point during our stay. The hotel was not clean, rooms were tided but were not cleaned. There was an approx 4 inch gap between the hotel door and the floor and sponge was used to close gaps between the windows and walls.

Good location, but needs work
We stayed for one night and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The bathroom was clean and the bedding fresh. Check-in was easy, and the staff were really friendly, nice. Only thing was, you could hear people in the hallways, and breakfast could've been better.

The location was very good, the town centre was within walking distance. The sea view from the room and the Great Orme. The breakfast was very nice too.
Very noisy in the early morning, bin lorries, street cleaning vehicles etc.

There was a good breakfast selection including cereal and a good variety of hot selections. The waiting on staf was very helpful.
I booked a superior room at extra cost the view was as described but i wouldn't describe the room as superior. The size of the room was good but the decor was tired and the furniture did not match. In addition there were light bulbs missing from a number of the fittings. i had problems with the key in the door which i was advised had to be replaced as another guest had taken the key home. This caused problems as i struggled to open the door on a number of ocassions and had to rely on other people to open the door for me.

The bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries, and the complementary snacks on arrival were a good surprise! Breakfast was a treat despite missing bacon. The sausages were delicious! I'd definitely come back again.
